SB Seker is the Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) at Binance. He leads Binance’s strategic growth and regulatory engagement across the APAC region, driving the company’s commitment to responsible expansion within dynamic markets. He previously worked in litigation in Australia and as a central banking lawyer for the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Seker has held in-house counsel roles at Rothschild & Co, and served as payments, remittance, digital banking, money markets, structured products, microlending, and blockchain counsel at Ant Group. Before joining Binance, he was Senior Vice President at Crypto.com Group. Seker is qualified to practise law in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the UK. He holds a background in statistical economics and has completed financial practitioner certification in Hong Kong and Singapore.
