Tak Lee is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Hashed Emergent, the venture firm that hosts India Blockchain Week. Established in 2021 and backed by the crypto-native fund Hashed, it invests across India, Southeast Asia and MENA in infrastructure, decentralised finance and enterprise blockchain built for real-world needs in emerging economies. He has more than a decade in venture capital and cross-border investment, and has led over twenty investments in India across four years, backing companies including Theya, Reclaim and TravClan. Earlier he advised Korean venture funds on high-growth Indian companies such as Licious, Dunzo and MyGlamm, with previous roles at TKN Advisors, Impact Collective, Hashed and Stic Ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea University and studied economics, business and finance at Durham University.
