Dr. Dipesh Shah has been associated with GIFT City since its inception in 2008, and spearheaded the regulatory and business development reforms at GIFT IFSC that built India’s first Smart City and International Financial Services Centre. Those reforms brought global banks, investment funds, fintechs, exchanges, insurers and reinsurers, and aircraft and ship leasing firms into GIFT IFSC for cross-border operations.
