Sean is Head of Derivatives and Institutional Business at Bybit, overseeing the development of Bybit's derivatives and institutional offering, with a broader remit spanning trading risk and exchange technology. He plays a key role in strengthening Bybit's trading infrastructure, risk frameworks and institutional capabilities as digital assets continue to converge with global financial markets. With more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets, Sean brings deep expertise across derivatives, high-frequency trading, trading risk, market structure and exchange technology. Prior to joining Bybit, Sean was with Jump Trading, where he led the firm's high-frequency futures trading business across EMEA, the US and LATAM. He managed significant investment portfolios and worked closely with exchanges and regulators globally. Previously he was with Jump Crypto as a trader and Head of Strategic Partnerships, where he developed crypto trading strategies and led more than 20 strategic partnerships.
