Dinesh Chander Patwari is a retired Indian Revenue Service officer and former Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, with more than 36 years in government. He is Chairman and Public Interest Director of the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India and an independent director of Sangam (India) Limited. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has written a book on options and futures.
